Fees and Invoices
All fees exclude VAT unless stated
All fees are as indicated on the website and confirmation email or as per invoice.
Course Content Updates
We always ensure our training content is up to date. We reserve the right to improve or make amendments to courses or to the published programme or trainer at any time.
Course Dates
We always try to run the course on the advertised dates but on occasions we might need to change this for reasons beyond our control, These include (but are not limited to:

Trainer Illness

Minimum numbers not being reached (these vary for each course)

Issues with hosting venue
If this does happen we will contact you to arrange a transfer to another course on a different date. If these dates are not suitable, we will arrange for a full refund of course fees only.
If we have to cancel the course without alternative dates all course fees only will be refunded.
Confirmations
Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you automatically on receipt of your booking. Full joining instructions, including programme timings and special instructions, will be sent no later than one week prior to the course or immediately for those booking within one week of the course date. We will not be held liable for any transport or accommodation costs in the unlikely event of a course being cancelled.
Substitutions
If you cannot attend one of our courses but wish to substitute someone in your place, this can be done up to 3 days before the course starts. The substitute should be a similar level in your organisation.

Transferring Courses or Dates
Once booked onto a course, you can transfer to the same course on a different date:

Transfers can be made up to 30 days prior to a course without incurring a penalty.

Transfers made with less than 30 days notice will incur a 50% penalty charge.

The option to transfer only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course.

Choice of transfer date must be specified at the time of transfer.

If a delegate uses the transfer option, the original course invoice and the transfer invoice remain due, even if the transfer reservation is subsequently cancelled.
Cancellations
The following charges apply if you cancel, rather than taking up a substitution or transfer option:

>30 days before a course = no charge.

<30 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.

No shows for course = 100% of the course fee
Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or BACS. Our payment terms are 28 days from the date of invoice or prior to the event, whichever is sooner.
Unless agreed in advance, we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received prior to attending your course.
In the event of late payment we reserve our statutory right to interest at the rate of 8% above base under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
