Lightbulb Consulting was involved almost from the inception of IHG’s new conversion brand voco™ and really added value from the outset. They created the commercial strategy for the brand, which marked a significant shift away from the way IHG had traditionally brought hotels into the system. They also helped us develop the voco™ meetings proposition and create a hotel positioning process that allowed each hotel to play to their individual strengths whilst remaining true to the brand.
